    So the two high end GPU compute parts Nvidia has right now are the K20 and the K20X. Both are based on the GK110 part but the K20X has 14 SMXes in use and all 6 memory control whereas the K20 functions with 13 SMXes and 5 memory controllers. If you search the site there's an article for the launch of the GPUs with more information.
